A White Elephant Sale and Tropical Party was held Saturday, June 14 at the home of Stick, Karen and Haley Holmes. Karen prepared delicious hors d'oeuvres, Haley signed everyone in and Stick sampled the beverages.
SDJC members brought many wonderful and thoughtful items for auction. Items ranged from beautiful porcelain china dolls to exhaust headers! The auctioneer was Club member Patty Elie who did a splendid job auctioning the odd assortment of items. The hot ticket items were the six Jaguar Racing jackets donated by Mike and Lyn Smith.
A splendid time was had by all and $675 was raised for the SDJC coffers. Thank you one and all for participating!
